The formed-in-place foam gasket machine is an automated FIPFG dispensing system. The dispensing machine features a four-axis linear dispensing robot (3+1-axis coordinated motion), integrated with a control system, an A/B two-component material supply and mixing system, an aluminum-alloy worktable, and an automatic cleaning system, enabling precise metering and mixing of the polyurethane gasketing material, followed by automated application along programmed contours.
The four-axis motion control system allows flexible dispensing at multiple angles and in multiple directions to accommodate different component geometries and sealing locations, with a wide range of sealing paths supported, including straight lines, curves, and complex contours.
The foam gasket dispensing machine is suitable for production of foam gaskets with widths from 5 to 30 mm. The mixing ratio can be adjusted to suit different component geometries.
