SHANJIA’s custom compact automated single-component dispensing workstation is developed for production environments where single-component adhesives or sealants need to be applied consistently and repeatedly within a limited footprint. The workstation combines material supply, dispensing, motion control, and process control in one compact unit. Using SHANJIA’s established dispensing and control technology, the workstation supports stable material delivery and consistent dispensing paths throughout continuous production.
Compared with larger automated dispensing systems, the compact workstation occupies less floor space and is well suited to dedicated production of a specific product or fixed process. Its compact design also makes it easier to integrate into an existing production area.
To suit different materials and products, the material supply method, dispensing mechanism, working range, and tooling fixtures can be configured according to the adhesive or sealant properties and process requirements. This allows the workstation to meet the dispensing process requirements while remaining practical for routine operation and maintenance.
